MFC Mikrokomerc represents a specific brand on our market, the actitivity if which is related to resolving problems of document management, both in the sense of electronic archiving and also with respect to the use of documents in business processes. In the course of the 18 years of its existence, the MFC Mikrokomerc system has built a specific approach to resolving problems of its clients, starting from the very organization of the physical archive of documents, through microfilming and all the way to the implementation of modern sophisticated solutions for document management. The focus on the needs of the clients and the determination to develop its own software solutions have led to several generations of MFC Mikrokomerc solutions finding their place in a large number of local organizations, systems and companies, and likewise abroad.

The key to success is in the very fact that all solutions have been carefully planned following the needs of clients from various fields, which has resulted in a very successful implementation both in the state administration, as well as in the economy, but also in banking and other fields.

Thanks to the partnership with the Japanese company Canon, the MFC Mikrokomerc is in a position to offer you their DIMS equipment (document scanners).

Services

Our company offers services such as: scanning, microfilming, microfilm scanning, microfilming of the already scanned documents as well as services of filing documents, i.e. consulting in the field of document archiving.

Software

The basic concept of the MFC Mikrokomerc software solutions is based on the idea that the DM system cannot be self-sufficient and can certainly not be a solution for all the problems of a business system. The real value of our solutions is actually achieved in situations when the DM system becomes an integral part of the whole ICT system, whereby the information gathered in processing documents become available to the other parts of the system and vice versa. The software solutions which the MFC Mikrokomerc develops have not been made according to the needs of just one profile of users, instead of that they have a potential which can be adjusted very easily to the requirements of specific organizations, i.e. specific business processes.

The latest generation of solutions offered by the MFC Mikrokomerc to its clients has a general name Spider.Net, and the separate specialized entities within the whole system are:
